Uttarakhand Governor K K Paul today praised BJP MP from Haridwar Ramesh Pokhariyal Nishank for his creative pursuits despite being in active politics.
"The ability to write about social issues and human emotions shows the sensitivity of a writer. Taking out time for writing amid a busy political schedule is commendable," Paul said when Nishank made a courtesy call on him and gifted him two of his books titled 'Bhagonwali' and 'Kritaghna'.
The former Uttarakhand chief minister also discussed matters related to the development of the state with the Governor, a Raj Bhawan release here said.
