Talking to reporters here, Govindacharya said, "I am in agreement with the issues being raised by Baba Ramdev and Hazare."
Jan Lokpal should be constituted and black money stashed abroad be brought back to India for investment for the country's development, he said, adding RSA activists are fighting against corruption and we want that the movement against corruption and black money must be made strong.
He claimed the Lokpal issue was blocked because Parliamentary committee was asked to look into it.
Govindacharya accused both ruling UPA alliance and opposition of not being serious on the issue of removing corruption.
