Maharashtra government has decided that the government departments will have to pay in advance to the Maharashtra State Road Transport corporation (MSRTC) for availing of concession in ticket rates.
Since reimbursement from the government departments is always late, the corporation faces financial difficulties, Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan said after a cabinet meeting here today.
