"The state government has done nothing to formulate the policy on the regularisation of casual, seasonal, daily rated workers and daily wagers in different departments over decades", employees leader Ram Kumar Sharma told reporters here today.
He said that representatives of three major employees unions would be holding a state-level day-long convention to discuss the overall situation, formulate the future strategy and forge unity among various unions and associations of employees in the state on November 29 in Jammu.
The Government has also failed to remove pay anomalies of different cadres particularly in clerical cadres despite the September deadline set by it, Sharma said.
"It is unfortunate that government has failed to implement all agreements and commitments made with the employees unions in 2009, 2010 and 2011 and also breach the agreements", the leader said.
