Govt doctor held by anti-corruption bureau

A government doctor was today arrested by anti-corruption bureau for allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 2,000 in Alwar district of Rajasthan.

Dr Shivnarayan Yadav, in-charge of Community Health Centre, Neemrana, had allegedly demanded the bribe of from a person to prepare a medical report in his favour with regard to a case of scuffling.

"Yadav earlier took Rs 1,000 and was held today while accepting Rs 2,000," an ACB official said.
