The government today gave its nod to an agreement with Singapore for cooperation in the field of urban planning and governance.
"The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi today gave its ex-post facto approval to an MoU between India and Singapore Cooperation Enterprise (SCE) on cooperation in urban planning and governance," a release here said.
The pact was signed with Singapore government-run SCE during Modi's visit to the island country in November last year.
"The MoU will allow the two countries to share experiences in the field of urban development, governance and capacity building," the release said.
