"The government in indulging the increasing attacks on the working class which all the central trade unions are unitedly fighting," CPI-M State Secretary and CITU state unit chief M Y Tarigami said at a conference of Medical and Sales Representatives Association here.
The conference adopted several resolutions demanding strict enforcement of labour laws, notification for specific time of 8 hours work for the sales promotion employees and declaration and enforcement of Rs 10,000 as minimum wage for the sales promotion employees.
