Govt making efforts for development of industries: Tomar

Recognising the importance of small scale industries in the growth of economy, the government is making all efforts for development of industries and giving them suitable environment, Union minister Narendra Singh Tomar said.

Speaking at a programme of Laghu Udyog Bharti, the Union Rural Development Minister today said small scale industries have potential to make the economy grow and provide job opportunities, therefore, the government is also focusing to strengthen them.

"The rural development minister is also making efforts in this direction. To make the small scale industries flourished, marketing and a crucial factor," Tomar said.

Rajasthan Industry minister Gajendra Singh said that the state government will set up MSME centre in all the districts.
 

"MSME centres have already been set up in three districts for the assistances of the MSME," he said.

"MSMEs are the backbone for the development of the state. MSME are providing 85 per cent employment," he said.

They were speaking at the inauguration of Laghu Udyog Bharti India Industrial Fair- 2016 at Sitapura area here.
