Four persons, including three government officials were allegedly found possessing disproportionate assets worth over Rs seven crore during raids conducted by Lokayukta sleuths.
The raids were conducted yesterday on the basis of public complaints, following which cases were registered against them under sections 13(1)(e) rw 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, a Lokayukta release said.
C S Veeresh, Additional Registrar of Cooperative Societies, who is presently the Managing Director of Karnataka State Co-op. Agriculture and Rural Development Bank, was among those who faced the Lokayukta action.
