While the organisation of remedial classes is on voluntary basis for heads of schools who opt for it, the time table for classes has to be submitted in advance to the deputy director of the zone.
The Directorate has asked all students to come in proper school uniform for these classes. Only regular teachers of the DoE will be deputed for teaching. However, in case regular teachers are not available for a specific subject, guest teachers may be deputed with the prior approval of both the planning branch and the DDE (District) concerned.
