Government has sought applications for the post of Director General (DG) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA).
The think tank, which comes under the corporate affairs ministry, provides various services, especially implementation of provisions in the Companies Act.
IICA also works on measures to improve the corporate growth and regulation, among others.

The ministry has now invited applications for the position of DG and CEO. The appointment would be for five years or till the person completes 65 years of age, whichever is earlier, according to a public announcement.
The candidates should have a master's degree with at least 15 years of experience in managerial and administrative capacity in government.
IICA provides support to the ministry in reviewing existing corporate laws and also offers training to officers of the Indian Corporate Law Service.
The institute has been registered as a society under the Society Registration Act 1860. Its board of governors has 18 members, including those from eminent companies, professionals, heads of institutions and experts.
