All teaching vacancies in Arts and Science colleges across Tamil Nadu would be filled within a month, state government informed the Assembly today.
Replying to a query during the question hour, Higher Education Minister P Palaniappan said steps are being taken to fill up all vacancies in arts and science colleges across the state as counselling sessions for teachers are presently going on.
He was replying to CPI (M) legislator K Balabharathi, who demanded that vacancies be filled up so that students don't have to face hardship.
