Election Commissioner Sunil Arora today said that governments should make policies while keeping in mind their duty towards people.
Speaking at an oration programme here, Arora said that the country's rating by the World Bank and Moody's have been improved but despite that "the ground reality should not be ignored".
He said that the policy of welfare should be implemented and the governments should "make policies while keeping their duty towards people in mind".
He said that along with governments, corporate houses have also done welfare works in the country.
