Barring a rise in gram and its dal prices on buying by stockists, other pulses held steady at the wholesale pulses market today.
Traders said fresh buying by stockists against tight supplies from producing belts mainly led to the rise in gram and its dal prices.
In the national capital, gram moved up to Rs 3,500-4,225 from previous level of Rs 3,375-4,225 per quintal. Its dal local and best quality also gained Rs 50 each to Rs 3,900-4,100 and Rs 4,000-4,300 per quintal, respectively.
