A Hisar police official said the matter was before the courts and refuted the charge that police had not proceeded in the matter.

The Muslim Kalyan Committee, Haryana, said they will stage a dharna on the Sirsa-Delhi National Highway at Agroha on May 13.

Demanding registration of criminal cases against those responsible for razing the cemetery of the Muslims in the village, president of Muslim Kalyan Committee Harphul Khan Bhatti said that some miscreants had levelled the graves.

"In spite of several complaints to the police officers no FIR has been registered against the accused," he alleged.

Bhatti said the Muslim families in Agroha were planning to leave the village and go to neighbouring Churu in Rajasthan.
