GREF employee among two held for govt cement black marketing

Two persons, including a General Reserve Engineering Force (GREF) employee, have been arrested for alleged black marketing of government cement in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district, police said here today.

Acting on a specific information, a police party from Dharmasala in Rajouri district raided a shop of one Praveen Kumar and recovered 35 bags of GREF cement from it, they said.

"We recovered 16 filled bags of GREF cement from the shop, apart from 19 empty bags," Rajouri SP Mubassir Latifi said.

He said Praven Kumar and one GREF employee, B Dass, were arrested and a case was registered against them.
