Odisha chief secretary A P Padhi today inaugurated the ground breaking ceremony of the software development block of the leading IT company Mindtree here.
Center Head of Mindtree, Anindya Mitra said the present project would be the second Phase Software Development Block which would provide facility for 1500 IT engineers.
The initial estimate of the project has been over Rs 50 crore, Mitra said.
Around 1000 young engineers have already received professional training from Mindtree's global learning center here. The company would start special learning programme on various IT themes for IT engineers from the current year.
