Prices of groundnut and mustard oils rose by up to Rs 100 per quintal at the wholesale oils and oilseeds market today, supported by rising demand from retailers.
However, non-edible oils held steady in thin trade.
Traders said upsurge in demand from retailers following beginning of auspicious "Navratras" festival mainly supported the upmove in groundnut and mustard oil prices.
