Press Trust of India New Delhi
Groundnut oil declined by Rs 50 per quintal at the wholesale oil and oilseeds market today due to reduced offtake by stockists on the back of sluggish demand.

However, other edible and non-edible oils continued to trade in a narrow range in limited deals and settled around previous levels.

Traders said subdued demand from retailers against adequate stocks position mainly led to the decline in groundnut oil prices.

In the national capital, groundnut mill delivery (Gujarat) oil fell by Rs 50 to Rs 8,700 per quintal.
