HDFC Ltd's subsidiary Gruh Finance today reported a 18.6 per cent increase in standalone profit at Rs 87.82 crore for the quarter ended March 31.
The company's net profit stood at Rs 74.06 crore in January-March 2014-15.
"Total income has increased to Rs 366.91 crore for the quarter ended March 31, from Rs 304.99 crore for the same quarter a year ago," it said in a BSE filing.

Total yearly income increased to Rs 1,275.40 crore as against Rs 1,060.32 crore in the previous fiscal, it added.
Gruh Finance Ltd, the housing finance company offers loans to individuals for purchase, construction, repairs, renovation of dwelling units.
It also offers loans to self employed segment where formal income proofs are not available.
