A Mexican woman who was born without arms has set a new Guinness World Record for lighting 11 candles with her feet in just one minute.
The record was set during Guinness World Records Italian Show - a weekly video series which features record attempts - on the occasion of her birthday.
Adriana Irene Macias Hernandez from Mexico has mastered doing everything with the feet. She set a new record with 11 candles.
She is a law graduate who has written books and travels around doing lectures to promote positive thinking about disability.
Previously the most candles lit with the feet in one minute was seven, achieved by multiple record-breaker Ashrita Furman from the US in 2014.
