A Delhi court has awarded 10 years of rigorous imprisonment to a guitar teacher for raping and cheating his colleague saying he "ruined the life" of the woman who was "madly in love with him".
Additional Sessions Judge Virender Bhat handed down the jail term to Garvit Indora saying he has been looking upon the woman only with "sexual lust in his eyes" without having any love, affection or concern for her.
"He has cheated the woman and has ruined her whole life. She is madly in love with the convict and is feeling it difficult to come out of it," the judge said.

Indora was arrested in February after the woman lodged a complaint with the police that she was raped by the accused on the false promise of marrying her.
Police had alleged that while imparting coaching in an institute here in 2011, the woman fell in love with the accused and later the youth took her to Rajasthan in January 2013 and solemnised the marriage.
She further told the police that on returning to Delhi she came to know through Indora's friends that he already has a wife.
During the trial, Indora had denied the allegations against him saying that the woman was aware of his marriage and had established physical relations with him with her consent.
