Atar Singh Bhadana, a former MLA, said that the 'Mahapanchayat' will take place tomorrow in Sikandra in Dausa district for which many leaders of the community, including Union Minister Sachin Pilot have been invited.

"The Gujjars launched several agitations over the demand for reservation and 72 Gujjars lost their lives in the agitations in the past but the result is zero. The community was betrayed by the governments.

"Kirori Singh Bainsla who led the agitations called off the protests after meeting the government. He was the only person to remain present during the final meetings with the government. The community will now ask what the result of those meetings is", he said.

"It is a community meeting held by the community people irrespective of affiliation to political parties and groups. We are expecting a gathering of around 20,000 people from across the state", he said.
