Gur chakku and dhayya prices rose by Rs 100 per quintal in the wholesale market at national capital today following tight supplies from manufacturing belts amid better offtake.

Marketmen said fall in arrivals from manufacturing areas coupled with increased buying mainly pushed up gur dhayya and chakku prices.
