Prices ended steady at the wholesale gur (Jaggery) market in the national capital today in the absence of worthwhile activity.
However, gur chakku prices in Muzzafarnagar, edged up on tight supplies against pick up in demand from stockists.
Traders said lack of worthwhile activity from local parties kept gur prices quiet at Delhi.

At Muzzafarnagar, gur chakku prices traded higher at Rs 2,500-2,750 from previous level of Rs 2,375-2,750 per quintal.
Following are today's rates (in Rs per quintal):
Gur chakku Rs 2,900-3,000, pedi Rs 3,000-3,100, dhayya Rs 3,200-3,300 and shakkar Rs 3,200-3,300.
Muzaffarnagar: Rasket Rs N.T., chakku Rs 2,500-2,750, khurpa Rs N.T. And Ladoo Rs N.T.
Muradnagar: Pedi Rs 2,650-2,700 and dhayya Rs N.T.
