Gur flat at Delhi, slips in Muzzfarnagar, Muradnagar

Steady conditions prevailed at the wholesale market in the national capital today with prices after moving in a narrow range alternate bouts of trading and settled around previous levels.

On the other hand, gur prices in Muzzafarnagar and Muradnagar mandies recended on muted demand from stockists against sufficient stocks position.

In Muzzafarnagar, gur khurpa eased to Rs 2,200-2,300 against last close of Rs 2,250-2,300 per quintal.

At Muradnagar, gur dhayya also slipped to Rs 2,300- 2,400 from previous level of Rs 2,400-2,450 per quintal.

Following are today's rates (in Rs per quintal):

Gur chakku Rs 2,700-2,800, pedi Rs 2,600-2,700, dhayya Rs 2,900-3,000 and shakkar Rs 3,000-3,100.
 

Muzaffarnagar: Rasket Rs 2,100-2,150, chakku Rs 2,400- 2,600, khurpa Rs 2,200-2,300 and Ladoo Rs 2,400- 2,500.

Muradnagar: Pedi Rs 2,250-2,350 and dhayya Rs 2,300- 2,400.
