Gur chakku plunged by Rs 150 per quintal at the wholesale market in the national capital today following stedy arrivals of new gur in the markets.
Elsewhere, other gur varieties maintained last closing levels on some support.
Muzaffarnagar gur markets also showed a weak trend on regular supplies from manufacturing belts.

Marketmen said increased supplies of new gur in the markets mainly led to fall in prices.
In Delhi, gur chakku tumbled down by Rs 150 to Rs 2,500-2,600 per quintal.
At Muzaffarnagar, gur raskat slipped by Rs 100 to settle at Rs 2,300-2,350 per quintal on slackened demand from beer makers.
Meanwhile, gur Chakku, Khurpa and Laddoo traded lower at Rs 2,300-2,550, Rs 2,350-2,400 and Rs 2,500-2,600 instead of Rs 2,350-2,600, Rs 2,375-2,425 and Rs 2,550-2,600 per quintal.

Gur chakku Rs 2,500-2,600, pedi Rs 2,700-2,800, dhayya Rs 2,800-2,900 and shakkar Rs 3,000-3,100.
Muzaffarnagar: Rasket Rs 2,300-2,350, chakku Rs 2,300-2,550, khurpa Rs 2,350-2,400 and Ladoo Rs 2,500-2,600.
Muradnagar: Pedi Rs 2,400-2,450 and dhayya Rs 2,450-2,500.
