The 19-km-long road link having a width of ten metre would cost Rs 29 crore and is likely to be completed in one year, Hooda said.
He said the road would not only benefit the people of Meham and Kalanaur, but a large part of the state.
Besides, work on four-laning of Hisar-Rohtak road would begin soon, he added.
