Saying the area was under severe water crisis till now, Gurjar informed that the project was sanctioned as a special case after three MLAs from Faridabad Seema Trikha, Moolchand Sharma and Vipul Goel met the chief minister along with him.

Gurjar said the state government has asked HUDCO for a loan of Rs 100 crore to Faridabad Municipal Corporation on its guarantee that would be a great help to the corporation for speeding up the development work in the district.

Seema Trikha, MLA from Badkhal and Ashok Arora, mayor of the city, were also present on the occasion.
