Day temperatures in Rajasthan dropped by a few notches due to gusty winds, while Churu, which recorded a high of 41 degrees Celsius, was the hottest place in the state.
Pilani, Kota, Jaipur and Bikaner recorded maximum temperatures of 40.2 degrees Celsius, 40.1 degrees Celsius, 39.8 degrees Celsius and 38.8 degrees Celsius respectively.
The MeT department has forecast dry weather in the state and similar conditions till tomorrow.
