Gutka worth Rs 4.52 lakh was seized during a raid at a godown in Mumbra in the district, police said on Saturday.
The Anti Narcotics Cell of Thane police took the action on Friday, they said.
The raid was conducted following a tip-off, police said adding, an offence under IPC sections 188 (disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant) and 273 (sale of noxious food or drink) was registered at Mumbra police station.
