Singer Gwen Stefani is reportedly selling her Beverly Hills mansion.
The 47-year-old singer relisted her hilltop villa, called The Summit for USD 35 million, reported People.
Stefani had put her mansion on and then off the market in the last fall season. Her property is enlisted with Westside Estate Agency's, Stephen Shapiro.
The singer had invested in the 12,000 square foot estate, which has seven bedrooms, 11-baths, along with her former husband, Gavin Rossdale, 51, last year.
Stefani-Rossdale parted ways in August 2015.
She is currently dating country singer Blake Shelton since November 2015.
