Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are taking their romance to the next level.
Stefani, 46, posted on her Instagram page a selfie showing her lying on a white pillow wearing a camouflage-print baseball cap that's almost identical to a hat Shelton, 39, has often sported, reported E!Online.
"#goodmorning gx," Stefani wrote.
The day before, she and Shelton were spotted packing on the PDA during a double date with friends in the Los Angeles area.
While the two have been photographed looking cosy several times, they have remained coy when asked about their love lives.
The two "Voice" coaches and singers have been dating officially for at least a month.
