A half-burnt body of a youth who went missing since Monday afternoon was recovered from an under construction house at Sector 10 of CDA here today.
The body has been identified that of one Smruti Ranjan Behera (22) of the locality, who runs a travel agency, police said.
Police said the youth's family had said he left for his workplace yesterday morning and had been incommunicado since then as his cell phone was switched off.
