Hapless Arrows face Air India challenge

Lying on ninth position, the visitors are safe from relegation with 29 points from 24 outing, while the hapless local challengers, who are yet to notch a win from 21 matches, are spared from relegation being a developmental outfit of the All India Football Federation.

The Arrows stay one place ahead of bottom-placed HAL, Bangalore with nine points from 21 matches.

The local challengers would miss the services of Prathamesh Maulingkar and Prabir Das due to injuries while goalkeeper Naveen Kumar also stays doubtful.

Air India, who played out a goalless draw against United SC in their last outing, however would look to turn it around against the struggling outfit.

 

A win will take them five points clear of Shillong Lajong FC who are just two points behind them.
