Haryana government today said it was committed to root out corruption at all levels of administration in the state and asked the officials to use a preventive and participatory strategy to curb the menace.
"Every department, board or corporation would identify five most vulnerable areas to begin with, and rid them of corruption," an official spokesman said here today.

The spokesman further said that all heads would formulate a transfer policy with the approval of the office of the Chief Secretary. All transfers and postings would be governed by the transfer policy so framed.
He said the promotions would not be treated as a matter of right and "integrity certificate would not be issued routinely to facilitate promotion".
Delinquent public servants would be awarded exemplary punishment for their misconduct in a timely manner to curb corruption and inefficiency.
"All heads would ensure implementation of the Right to Information Act in letter and spirit and maximum information should be made available on the website to minimise the need for filing RTI applications by the citizens," the spokesman added.
