The 18-year-old singer, whose band has earned 100 million pounds in the two years since they competed on 'The X Factor', has just purchased a plush new bachelor pad in North London, reported Daily Mirror online.
"A lot of Harry's friends live in Primrose Hill and Belsize Park, so he wanted to move closer to them. The new house is enormous compared to his old flat. It has four bedrooms and as many bathrooms, as well as a few huge, open-plan living areas. It's the perfect party pad," a source said.
The young heartthrob is now preparing to christen his swanky new home by throwing a no-expense-spared house-warming with invites going out to all his band mates, celebrity friends and old school friends.
"The house has a gorgeous garden and high walls, so Harry won't have fans watching his every move. He's already been spending lots of time in the area and becoming a regular in the local pubs," the source added.
Styles' purchase comes just seven months after he snapped up his first property in East London for 575,000 pounds in February.
One Direction are set to release their second album 'Take Me Home' on November 12.
