Styles was joined by bandmate Niall Horan and Radio 1 breakfast DJ Nick Grimshaw at Rita's Bar and Grill in Dalston as they partied for the second night in a row to celebrate his birthday.
Styles and Horan even posed for a cheeky snap with the pretty girl. The group of friends later headed on to another east London venue, Alibi, where they partied until 4.30am.
