Veteran actor Harvey Keitel has been tapped to co-star along with Liam McIntyre in David Mahmoudieh's directorial debut "See You Soon".
The romantic drama follows an American soccer star's journey of self-discovery after suffering a life-threatening injury in the running for the 2018 World Cup.
The film, co-written and produced by Jenia Tanaeva, who also has a role in the movie, is currently shooting throughout Europe and Russia, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Other cast members include Poppy Drayton, Oleg Taktarov, Carles Puyol and Larissa Malevannaya.
Keitel is also currently preparing for his role in Martin Scorsese's "The Irishman" and will next be seen in Wes Anderson's "Isle of Dogs".
