Speaking to reporters after a meeting of the party MLAs here, Congress Legislature Party leader Kiran Choudhary and former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda hit out at the Khattar government over its alleged failure on various fronts.
Choudhary alleged that Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana was being thrust on farmers and money was being deducted from their Kisan credit cards even when they were unwilling to take up the scheme.
"We will bring an adjournment motion on this," she said.
Hooda claimed that the crop insurance scheme was "Kisan Loot Yojna".
Hooda also hit out at the state government over alleged
deteriorating law and order situation, citing latest incident which took place in Mewat district where a couple was killed by unidentified miscreants while two girls were sexually assaulted.
Choudhary said the party would see the stance of the ruling party on the issue of three MLAs of the Congress who were suspended for six months in March.
Three Congress MLAs, including former Speaker Kuldeep Sharma, were suspended from the Haryana Assembly during the budget session in March this year for six months for "tearing" copies of the Governor's address.
The Congress legislators have been accused of breaking the House decorum and traditions by showing disrespect to Governor.
"If they want GST bill to be passed unanimously, we will first see what their stance on this issue is," she said.
INLD also said that it will raise the crop insurance and other issues in the state assembly.
"We will raise the issues pertaining to Fasal Bima Yojna, deteriorating law and order situation, doctors shortage in hospitals, power shortage and other issues," INLD's State unit chief Ashok Arora said.
