Haryana government has fixed a target to upload 100 per cent data of state residents by March 31 next year.

The decision on the State Resident Data Base having all details of state residents was taken at a meeting presided over by Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar here today.

According to an official release, Khattar said the database will be integrated with the delivery of various citizen-centric services under different social welfare programmes of the state government to ensure that the benefits reach the targeted beneficiaries.

"What could not be achieved manually till now, would be made possible with this database," he said.

He also asked the officers to give a unique ID to each land and family while generating the SRDB.

While reviewing the implementation structure of Aadhar Enabled Biometric Attendance System, Khattar suggested development of a system which could enable employees working in the field to mark their attendance at nearby specified locations, it said.
