Haryana govt constitutes Human Rights Commission

Justice H S Bhalla, (Retd) Judge J S Ahlawat and a retired officer of Indian Administrative Service would be members of the Commission.

The Commission would start functioning with effect from November 22 temporarily in Haryana Niwas, Sector 3, Chandigarh.

He said that the office of the Commission would remain open from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM on all working days.

Any person aggrieved on account of violation of his or her human rights could submit his or her complaint along with an affidavit during office hours on any working day.
