While stating this here today, a spokesman of Haryana Women and Child Development Department said that Station House Officer wise list of CCIs and women shelter homes would be sent to them by July 13.
The police department has initiated the appointment of Child Welfare Officers in all police stations and their list along with mobile numbers would also be sent to the Women and Child Development Department by that day.
They will be imparted training regarding the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000, in a time bound manner and completed within a month, he said.
In all there are 105 CCIs housing 4,243 inmates. A maximum of 12 CCIs are located in Faridabad and Gurgaon districts each, followed by 11 in Karnal and 10 in Sonepat.
