Acting on a tip-off that Shekhar and Salim, both residents of Kithar district Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, were planning to rob travelers passing through Green Belt, Sector 74, Karnal, police conducted a raid and arrested them from the spot, a spokesman of the Haryana Police Department said here.
He said more than six cases had already been registered against Shekhar who was out on bail.
