Haryana Police will launch a special campaign known as 'Muskan' to identify lost children and would make efforts in a manner that they are able to again join their parents and relatives.
Stating this here today, a spokesman of Haryana police said that the month-long campaign would be implemented from July 1 to 31 in Gurgaon district under the directions of Central and State governments.
He said that all the police personnel including concerned officers and police station in-charges have been directed to make this campaign a big success.

He said that the police would seek support of experts from the panel of Union Home Ministry and Police personnel who are already trained in this regard.
The trained police personnel would identify such children including those who would be found begging, especially around railway stations, bus stands, road crossings and religious places.
"They will be photographed and videographed and their details would be uploaded on the web portal of Union Ministry of Woman and Child Development, for the missing children," he said.
