Haryana and Punjab recorded constrating victories in ntheir respective pool matches to enter the semifinals of the fourth Hockey India Junior Men National Championship (Division A) here today.
While Haryana registered a hard-fought 2-1 win over Jharkhand in Pool C, Punjab thrashed Tamil Nadu 9-1 in a Pool A encounter.
Meanwhile, Madhya Pradesh Hockey Academy defeated Uttar Pradesh 4-3 in a fierce Pool C encounter.
