The body of Aarti Chand was found on August 7.
A delegation of teachers has twice met Pathankot Deputy Commissioner Sibben C and SSP Surinder Kalia, despite the assurance to arrest the killers of Aarti at the earliest, there has been no major breakthrough in the case, Government Teachers Union leader Prem Sagar said.
He threatened to launch a joint agitation in Pathankot and Gurdaspur districts from next week, if the police failed to work out the case by then.
On the complaint made by Aarti's brother Jagmohan Rai, a resident of Sujanpur, Pathankot Sadar Police had registered a case of murder.
