Haryana will honour youths who come out with innovative ideas aimed at improving the governance and public service mechanism in the state.
The Haryana Innovation Council will give the 'Youth Ingenuity Appreciation Awards' to 34 persons, an official spokesperson said here today.
The awards will be given under two categories -- scheme-related ideas and technology-related ideas, he said.
The applicants can send their ideas via e-mail by September 5, he said, adding that ideas should be constructive and innovative in nature, aimed at improving implementation of a government scheme or programme, and its delivery.
It should not be of the nature of a complaint or grievance redressal.
