Under the new process, each Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) will have to submit request for budget through an online system and send it to his or her Budget Controlling Officer, spokesman of the Finance Department said here.
On receipt of budget requests from DDOs and BCOs, the Budget Controlling Authority (BCA) would send consolidated budget details to the Finance Department through the online budget system, he added.
Training workshops in this regard were being conducted by the Director, Treasuries and Accounts on October 26 and 30, 2012, he said.
