Cable TV and broadband service provider Hathway today said it has partnered with internet-based TV and on-demand service provider YuppTV to tap into the digital entertainment market.
Hathway will provide its high speed fibre broadband subscribers YuppTV subscription as part of the monthly plans.
"The entertainment consumption landscape has changed, the control has shifted to the consumers who can decide what they want to watch at their convenience on multiple devices. The key to this shift is high-speed broadband and very affordable price point," Hathway Managing Director Rajan Gupta said in a statement.
YuppTV founder and CEO Uday Reddy said, "we believe that this partnership will help us reach a wider audience base with high-speed internet.
